3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are shown in SEK, including 25% Swedish VAT.

  • If any additional fees apply, they are shown clearly before checkout, as required by Swedish law.

4. Order Process

  • Before completing the order, you will see a summary and have the opportunity to correct any input errors, as required by E‑handelslagen.

5. Delivery, Carry‑In & Installation

5.1 Free Delivery, Carry‑In & Installation

We offer free delivery, carry‑in, assembly/installation of all beds and sofas. This service is included in the purchase price.

5.2 Delivery Areas (Important)

We do not deliver to all regions of Sweden.

Delivery is available only to specific postal code ranges, which are listed on our Delivery Information page and during checkout. If your postal code is outside our service area, the system will not allow you to complete the purchase.

5.3 Delivery Time

  • If a delivery time is stated at checkout or in the order confirmation, that time applies.

  • If no delivery time is agreed, delivery must occur within 30 days, according to Konsumentköplagen.

5.4 Delays

If delivery is delayed, you have the right to:

  • demand delivery,

  • withhold payment,

  • cancel the purchase if the delay is significant or unreasonable,

  • claim compensation for costs caused by the delay. These rights follow Konsumentköplagen.


6. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.

6.1 Conditions

  • You must notify us clearly (email is sufficient).

  • The product must be returned in essentially the same condition.

  • You are responsible for any decrease in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to examine the product.

6.2 Refunds

We will refund the full amount, including the original delivery cost, without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

6.3 Exceptions

Custom‑made or specially modified furniture may be exempt from withdrawal rights if clearly stated at purchase.


7. Warranty & Complaints

Your rights are protected by Konsumentköplagen (Consumer Sales Act).

7.1 Complaints

  • You may complain about defects within 3 years.

  • Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.

7.2 Remedies

Depending on the situation, you may be entitled to:

  • repair,

  • replacement,

  • price reduction,

  • cancellation of the purchase,

  • compensation for damages.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, strikes, or transport disruptions.

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes may be resolved through:
